For the Mercedes Benz Swimwear Fashion Week for the summer season of 2011, Trina Turk taught us fashionistas one thing about getting the right look when sporting swimwear: accessories, accessories, accessories! Kicking of the Miami Swim Fashion Week that started on July 15 held at The Raleigh, Trina Turk showcased a fun swimwear collection that is quintessential beach wear-to-beach party looks, somewhat like the most coveted looks for modern women looking for that day-to-night dresses. As a designer, Trina Turk is constantly inspired from the cocktail party and the poolside lifestyle of the desert, and it's only fair when this collection also reflects that. Not necessarily focusing on the swimwear itself, Trina Turk has designed fabulous outerwear pieces that are fitting for the hot season. And since the main theme should be the swimwear, the designer had made the outerwear pieces as important as the sexy bikinis, and this proves that being sexy can also be sassy and classy. It bodes a wearable and easy style that's incorporates practicality and beautiful pieces - a feat not even a ready-to-wear collection from the other runway shows has now failed to produce. This collection should be highly rated as inspiring for us all.
