Fashion lesson: Maria Dobranzka Reeves is a Polish-born designer whose collection of swimwear recently graced the runways of the Mercedes Benz Swimwear 2011Fashion Week in Miami under the label of marysia. And what makes this collection different than the rest? Well, it's mostly because Marysia herself knows how to create an effortless look that still tempts any swimwear aficionado. The runway show that was held on the 19th of July at The Raleigh illustrates a color palette that was so neutral that you might have to check if it's actually swimwear or if it's the skin. And that's why for a swimwear collection that has neutral palette is infinitely more intriguing than the ones that sports bright and bashful colors. Moreover, the color blocking of neutrals and basics also gives a modern take on how to be instant chic. Thanks to Marysia, this line of swimwear is shown as the key on how to be sexy for the summer - in the right way. The retro inspired design gives a twist of classiness to the swimwear line in general because nothing beats a sexy ‘50s woman look with high-waist bottoms and a balcony style bikini with halter straps style. It's those little peek-a-boos that makes people keep wanting more and more.

Fashion lesson: Now you know that it doesn't have to take a lot to be sexy. Just be subtle about it. [Image courtesy of Image.net]
